Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, seamless order processing, and exceptional customer service while growing sales opportunities.
This position involves a mix of consultative sales, account management, and administrative support. You’ll not only promote and sell our products and services but also support registration processes, quotations, logistics, and customer follow-ups—making you an essential part of our growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Promote and sell company products and services through phone calls, presentations, and in-person visits.

Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting solutions that best fit their needs.

Support registration processes, stability studies, sample requests, and renewals.

Prepare detailed quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs.

Follow up on leads, samples, open orders, invoicing, and shipping status.

Coordinate with internal teams (Manufacturing, Laboratory, Regulatory, Accounting, etc.) to ensure seamless service.

Assist in export documentation and compliance with international regulations.

Participate in trade shows, conventions, and promotional events to expand market reach.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, prices, and complaints.

Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and opportunities.

Collaborate with R&D and internal teams on new product development and launches.

Contribute to team goals by supporting colleagues and ensuring smooth operations.
Job Requirements

High School diploma or Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.

Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
