Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist with payroll processing and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare, process, and manage invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements for management.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents, records, and files for easy retrieval.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
