Job Description
We are hiring for a Aerospace Freight Forwarding Agent
Seeking an experienced Aerospace Freight Forwarding Agent to manage import and export shipments for aviation customers. Responsibilities include coordinating time-critical AOG shipments, obtaining rates and bookings, preparing shipping documentation, tracking shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and occasional after-hours support as needed.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of freight forwarding experience
- Import/export experience required
- Aerospace logistics experience preferred
- Knowledge of air, ocean, and ground transportation
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to manage urgent, time-sensitive shipments
- Spanish preferred
