Job Description
Gotworx Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for an art installation, transportation, storage, and logistics role within the fine art and design industry. This position involves working with high-end clientele and requires a deep understanding of art handling and logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Expertise in archival materials, fine art packing techniques, and crating.
Strong installation skills, including knowledge of hardware and tools, excellent math skills, and the ability to install flatwork, grids, and three-dimensional artworks.
Proficiency in fine art inspection and the creation of accurate, detailed condition reports.
Capability to use an iPad for cataloging inventory and processing artwork.
Flexibility to work both on-site and in the warehouse.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in a similar art-related role.
Knowledge of art mediums, with the ability to discuss art and contribute ideas when appropriate.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
