Job Description

GotworX Staffing is seeking Customer Service Advocates. You will love this role if you get your kicks by helping others and making $$$. Our support team is one of the main reasons for our success and we want to be role models for our customers.

 

Looking for part-time and full time call center agents with a drive to succeed. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage customers from existing database.
• Conduct and close business via phone and email.
• Build a strong relationship with clients.

• Outbound telemarketing or some sort of insides sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be a “go-getter.”
• Ability to form strong relationships over the phone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent.
Compensation:
• Annual Base Salary of $35,000+ based on experience.
• Uncapped commission. Average account executives make 60K in their first year. top producers are making 200k+
• Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick and Personal days
• Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance
