Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will be crucial in ensuring that the fresh products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work in a cold fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available:

1st Shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (This is open now)

2nd Shift 5:00 pm to 2:00 am

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Carefully pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect fresh Produce for damages before packing.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift packages as needed.
