Assisting with workflow and product fulfillment.
Error-check and be attentive to each of the marketplace's needs to be sure all listings are submitted correctly.
Ability to meet deadlines, communicate & coordinate in team setting, but focus on individual tasks/duties with little supervision.
Resolve listing issues and be able to troubleshoot via Software used.
Provide administrative support to order processing, customer service teams and returns processing.
Excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, punctuation and ability to recall specific facts.
Organizing Outgoing and Incoming Products.
Microsoft Windows and Basic Computer skills required.?
Self-Starter and proactive problem-solver.
Strong understanding of E-Commerce and how items are searched for
Ability to speak and write in English (punctuation and grammar).
Strong customer service and data entry experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge about apparel, accessories and pop culture, a plus.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solve and modify defined process to improve efficiencies.
Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency.
