E-Commerce Manager
Location: Onsite in Fort Lauderdale
Reports to: Director of Marketing & E-Commerce
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated E-Commerce Manager with a passion for online retail and a strong project management mindset. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce to develop and execute strategies that enhance the digital shopping experience, drive sales, and maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of projects, and is eager to grow within the role. You will oversee all aspects of the online store, including website functionality, product listings, digital marketing campaigns, customer experience, and sales performance. This role plays a key part in shaping a digital strategy that drives business growth through new product launches, promotions, exclusive offerings, and customer loyalty initiatives.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize online sales, including product selection, pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Website & User Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey by managing site functionality, navigation, and user experience.
- Product Listings & Content: Maintain accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and information to enhance conversion rates.
- Onsite Marketing & SEO: Lead website marketing efforts, including content creation, SEO, and optimization strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Sales Performance & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze customer data, and generate reports to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization techniques to enhance online conversion rates.
- Customer Experience: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive online shopping experience.
- Inventory & Order Management: Work closely with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Technology & Platform Management: Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies and recommend new tools to enhance the digital shopping experience.
- Mobile Commerce: Lead initiatives to enhance the mobile shopping experience and drive engagement from mobile users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of e-commerce specialists, including designers, developers, and marketing professionals.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define and monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management with a proven track record of driving online sales.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, UX/UI design, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon (preferred).
- Experience with GA4, Jira, and DxH (preferred).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of ADA compliance and online sales regulations (preferred).
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
