This is a Temp-Hire opportunity Monday- Friday . Hours are from 7AM-3:30PM

 Client is currently offering a salary range of $18 hourly rate depending on experience, plus a benefits package one perm employee!

Responsibilities

The Facility Maintenance Support Position is responsible for completing projects around the facility This position would be inspecting work performed in assigned building/property(s) and submitting reports to the Supervisor. Position may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both.

• Complete work orders in a timely manner.

• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.

• Must have the ability to install racking, reorganize facilities, work spaces, install furniture, execute moves, clean out spaces.

• Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.

• Assist with building racks, building maintenance

• Inspects all assigned areas daily and reports all cleaning and maintenance discrepancies to Supervisor.

• Ensures that security procedures are always adhered to.

• Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.

• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.

• Complete various maintenance projects including painting, hanging display boards, patch holes, replace flooring.

• Any other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

• 3 years of previous maintenance experience

.

Working Conditions: Position may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both. Interior may not be climate controlled.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand or sit and move about the facility. Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 50 lbs )

Candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screen before beginning work.
