GotWorX Staffing is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented File Clerk to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing high volumes of paperwork and digital records in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Scan, upload, and accurately file documents
- Retrieve records and files as needed
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records
- Assist with general office operations
Job Requirements
- Previous file clerk, administrative, or office experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
