Finance and Logistics Coordinator 

The Finance and Logistics Office Candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to basic finance, accounting, and logistics functions:

• Process customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and cash
• Enter invoices, deposits, and financial transactions into accounting software
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding payments
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with logistics providers
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies
• Enter freight invoices into accounting software
• Reconcile bill of ladings with shipment documentation
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate order picking and packing
• Maintain shipping records and documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Experience in data entry and recordkeeping preferred
