Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic flooring company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on leads, making outbound calls to provide quotes, and facilitating the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. A background in flooring or related construction trades is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up promptly on inbound leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, providing detailed and accurate quotes.
Guide clients through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns to move toward closing.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles preferred.
Flooring or construction industry experience is a significant plus.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to educate and inform customers effectively.
Self-motivated with a professional demeanor and a goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Compensation & Incentives:
Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
Average monthly commissions of approximately $3,000, representing about 1% of revenue.
