Import Export Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Friday

1st shift 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Managing Order processing
  • Tracking shipments
  • Ensuring proper documentation
  • Resolving issues related to import/export regulations
  • Entering order details accurately into the system
  • Coordinate with logistics provider to arrange shipment pick-up & delivery.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills (bilingual) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent typing skills to facilitate efficient communication.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems and office software applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
