Job Description: Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst
Primary Job Functions:

Assist Accounts Receivable Analysts with processing tasks for A/R customer accounts.

Carry out crediting, invoicing, and clerical tasks needed by the Accounts Receivable team.

Help investigate, key-off small balances, and reach out to Sales and Operations on any A/R related requests.

Process adjustments, data entry, and submit charge backs in customer A/P portals.
-
Perform clerical tasks such as electronic filing, preparing & maintaining Excel spreadsheets for certain projects, gathering data from Navision, requesting or gathering chargeback support from customers, and communicating with A/P contacts via phone, email, or mail to obtain necessary accounting correspondence needed by A/R supervisors.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:

High School degree required.

Knowledge of general bookkeeping & A/R procedures preferred but not mandatory.

Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency preferred.
