Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Miami region. You will represent our manufacturing products and solutions, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and end users.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical expertise to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Attend industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote products and grow customer base.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with the Miami market and existing industry connections is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
