Job Description

GotWorX Staffing is hiring experienced Production Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools, parts, and assembly processes to ensure quality production standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components according to specifications
  • Use hand tools and basic production equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Follow safety and production procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Job Requirements

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
