One of our premier clients is actively seeking a Project Coordinator – Marketing Projects to join their team in-office in Broward County!

Key Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for organizing and monitoring all internal and client-facing marketing projects.
Manage tasks, timelines, and project details using top project management tools.
Keep projects moving by tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and removing bottlenecks.
Facilitate clear communication between clients, marketing teams, and leadership.
Generate and share regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate project meetings to review progress and launch exciting new initiatives.
Proactively identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure every project meets high-quality standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles (marketing or agency experience is a HUGE plus!).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with razor-sharp attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A positive, can-do attitude ready to make an immediate impact!
Additional Information
Location: Broward County – In-Office
Salary Range: $52,000 – $58,000
