Salary: $21.63 per hour + Overtime
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Travel: Must be flexible to travel and work on-site during trade shows and exhibitions as needed
Software: Experience with AutoCAD or familiarity with the software required
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom trade show booth projects. This role requires strong client communication skills, a solid understanding of measurements and spatial planning, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while collaborating with diverse teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing creative vision with technical precision.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to clearly define project requirements, address challenges, and ensure timelines are met.

Communicate effectively through prompt, professional verbal and written follow-up.

Apply strong measurement, dimensional analysis, and spatial awareness for accurate booth layouts and design planning.

Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients using polished, professional presentation materials.

Oversee booth construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications and effective labor coordination.

Partner with designers, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues as they arise.

Manage logistics including shipping, transportation, on-site installation, and dismantling.

Work outside standard business hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—when required to meet tradeshow deadlines.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Execute projects on schedule and within budget alongside the project team.

Produce CAD drawings for new or revised products in accordance with industry and departmental standards.

Review and interpret job orders, blueprints, drawings, and client specifications.

Collaborate closely with operations managers and production teams throughout the fabrication process.

Implement drawing revisions as directed by senior staff and maintain accurate file management.

Assist with CAD design tasks while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Deliver complete project packages within established timelines and quality expectations.
Additional Information
Qualifications

Tradeshow or related industry experience preferred, but not required.

Customer service experience is a plus.

College degree and/or relevant work experience required.

Strong relationship-building skills and client-focused mindset.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects at once.

English required; Spanish or additional languages are a plus.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Suite.

Overtime required as needed.
