Supply Coordinatoar - Administrative – Supply Chain & Procurement Team
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized l Administrator to join our Supply Chain and Procurement team. This role involves setting up suppliers, reviewing documents, coordinating internal needs, and supporting vendor onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proficient in basic Excel, and willing to learn and grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and review supplier documentation
Coordinate internal needs and processes
Assist in vendor setup, including requesting Certificates of Insurance (COI) and legal documents
Collaborate with legal team on necessary legal documentation
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
Support team growth initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Team player with a proactive attitude
Analytical experience is a plus, but not required
