Supervisor Manufacture 1st & 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our solid dosage manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient processes while supporting a team of operators in achieving production goals.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating production activities, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and master instructions.
Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience.

Good mathematical skills.

Bilingual: English and Spanish (adequate comprehension required).

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting tasks.

Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs ergonomically.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Mechanical aptitude preferred.
