As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. Additional Information
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies. Accurately record received items in the inventory management system.
Stocking and Inventory Management: Organize, label, and store incoming products in designated warehouse locations. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures. Ensure that products are correctly labeled and documented for accurate delivery.
Shipping and Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups as required.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Ensure aisles, walkways, and storage areas are clear and free from hazards.
Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow warehouse associates and supervisors to achieve collective goals and resolve any operational challenges.
Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and injuries. Follow company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
