We are looking for an experienced yacht broker to join our rapidly expanding team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

Responsibility: 
- Lead and manage all aspects of the sales process with excellence.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Acquire and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the yacht market and pricing.
- Collect detailed and accurate information for yacht listings.
- Show yachts to prospective buyers.
- Handle written communications, including emails and letters, with professionalism.
- Complete legal documents for listings and purchase agreements.
- Oversee and manage the entire sales process.
- Participate in boat shows and company events  

- Possess or be able to obtain a current yacht salesperson license in the State of Florida.
- Ability to work on-site daily at our Fort Lauderdale office (9am-5pm on business days) and be available for off-hours questions, meetings, boat shows, or other events.
- Proficiency with web-based MLS and CRM technologies.
- Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Fluent in English.
